These Terms of Service govern your use of Abcaree’s website, AI/ML, GenAI, academic research-support, Monte Carlo simulation, HR-report, coupon, payment, and report-generation services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Abcaree, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or services.

2. Services Provided

Abcaree provides AI-assisted services including, but not limited to, SMARTS academic research reports, MCST Monte Carlo simulation reports, SMASHR HR-related reports, AI/ML consulting, GenAI processing, downloadable reports, coupon-based access, and related support services.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

Abcaree provides analytical, AI-assisted, and report-generation tools. We do not guarantee academic acceptance, publication, employment, business success, simulation accuracy for every scenario, or any specific result. Users must independently review all generated outputs.

4. User Submissions

You are responsible for all files, data, prompts, research documents, simulation inputs, job descriptions, CVs, and other materials you upload or submit. You confirm that you have the legal right to use and submit those materials.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Abcaree to:

  • Upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, or unauthorized material.
  • Violate intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or data-protection rights.
  • Attempt to bypass payment, coupon, authentication, or security controls.
  • Interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the website or services.
  • Use generated content without appropriate review, verification, and responsibility.

6. Payments, Coupons, and Credits

Abcaree may offer pay-as-you-go services, coupons, credits, or discounted packages. Coupons and credits are linked to service access and may be subject to validation, balance checks, fraud prevention, and usage limits. Unless expressly stated otherwise, payments are final once a service has started processing.

7. Refunds

Refund requests may be considered where a payment was made but the service was not delivered due to a verified technical issue. Refunds are not guaranteed for completed reports, user input errors, dissatisfaction with AI-generated recommendations, or decisions made after using the output.

8. AI-Generated Outputs

AI-generated reports may contain errors, omissions, or interpretations that require human review. Users are responsible for validating outputs before using them in academic, employment, legal, medical, financial, engineering, or business contexts.

9. Intellectual Property

Abcaree retains ownership of its website, software, workflows, models, templates, code, designs, branding, and service logic. Users retain rights to their own uploaded materials, subject to the limited processing rights needed for Abcaree to provide the requested services.

10. Availability and Technical Issues

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, hosting issues, third-party failures, security events, or technical errors.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abcaree is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, opportunities, academic outcomes, employment outcomes, or business results.

12. Account and Access Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these Terms, misused the service, attempted unauthorized access, or created security, legal, or operational risks.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Abcaree after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
